Welcome to SachaSathi ("we", "our", or "the App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected when you use our audio calling and voice room services.

2. Our Core Privacy Principles
Zero Number Exposure: Your personal phone number is never displayed, shared, or accessible to other callers or room participants.
No Audio Recording: 1-on-1 private voice calls and audio rooms are streamed in real time via encrypted channels (Agora RTC). We do not record, archive, or listen into your live conversations.
No Selling of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Information We Collect
Account Information: Mobile number / email for authentication, display nickname, gender preference, profile avatar, and language preferences.
In-App Interactions: In-room chat comments, virtual gifts sent, coin balance, and interactions with our AI support companion ("Maitri").
Technical & Log Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, and application crash diagnostics to maintain system performance and stability.
4. Device Permissions We Request
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Required to capture and transmit your voice during live 1-on-1 audio calls and group rooms. Audio is never saved to disk.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To alert you of incoming voice calls, gifts, and safety updates.
Internet & Network (INTERNET): Required to establish low-latency Agora RTC audio streaming connections.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We work only with trusted technical providers bound by strict confidentiality:

Agora RTC: High-performance real-time audio streaming infrastructure.
Payment Gateways: RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators for wallet recharges (we never store card or UPI PINs).
6. Age Restrictions (Strictly 18+ Only)
SachaSathi is strictly designed for adults (18 years and older). We enforce zero tolerance against underage access or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any minor account detected will be permanently terminated immediately.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time:

In-app via Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or
By emailing our support team at support@sarkarinewz.com. Upon request, your account and profile data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
